What you can request
Daily childcare and play, evening and early-morning care, daycare or activity pickup/drop-off, English/bilingual support, schoolwork support and light household help. Individualised support for children with developmental differences can be discussed around the child’s routines and pace. Pickup/drop-off support uses public transport or taxis, not a sitter-driven car or bicycle.
Sick-child support is assessed individually and excludes infectious illness and care requiring medical treatment. It is not a medical service. The provider states that it is registered for home-visit childcare and carries liability insurance; suitability, scope and applicable terms are confirmed before booking.
Planning and booking
Share your dates and times, hotel or service area, children’s ages and number, preferred language, routines and requested support. Reception hours are 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; online enquiries can be submitted at any time, with replies during reception hours. These are enquiry hours, not a guarantee of sitter availability.
Current rates depend on the language, time, duration and family’s requirements. Registration, transport, late-night and additional-child charges may apply. Pickup/drop-off support has a two-hour minimum. Availability, sitter matching, minimum duration for your request, inclusions, the total price, advance payment and cancellation terms are confirmed before commitment. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
