Personal hosting is available for groups of up to 8 guests, subject to confirmation. Weekend and multi-day requests receive a custom quotation. Hosting inclusions, TEL concierge fees and any supplier costs are confirmed individually; the hours shown do not imply that transport, meals, drinks, tickets or venue entry are included.

Private and corporate events
Share the occasion, group size and priorities. TEL can help coordinate proposed venues, suppliers and a programme for a private celebration or corporate gathering. The scope, responsibilities and costs are agreed in advance.
Dining
Dining can be part of a hosted experience or a separate request. Tell TEL your preferences, party size and budget for restaurant suggestions and reservation requests, subject to restaurant availability and confirmation.
Transport and other requests
Chauffeur cars and Haneda or Narita transfers may be requested, alongside private tours, golf, drifting or motorsport experiences, helicopter sightseeing and private jet charter. Each arrangement depends on the relevant provider’s availability, requirements and operating conditions.
