Meet GoCLN & MIRAI

GoCLN Longevity Clinic is a health-assessment clinic in Roppongi, Tokyo. Its official website describes consultations and assessments in Japanese and English, including for international visitors. MIRAI is its flagship assessment programme, with physician review and individual follow-up planning.

Clinic location: Wind Building 2F, 7-4-8 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0032. Visits are by appointment; GoCLN confirms appointments and clinical arrangements.

Clinic-based assessments and consultations are coordinated by GoCLN. MRI and CT imaging, where included and clinically appropriate, take place at its partner imaging centres and are integrated into the clinic’s report and physician review.

Three MIRAI programme levels

GoCLN’s official website describes three levels of its flagship MIRAI health assessment programme. Each includes a physician consultation and an individual action plan. The website and supplied brochure use different programme descriptions, so GoCLN must confirm the current test list, schedule and clinical suitability; no combined test list is promised here.

MIRAI I

A baseline health assessment. The official website describes laboratory assessment, body-composition and cardiovascular evaluation, imaging and physician consultation. Exact inclusions are confirmed by GoCLN.

MIRAI II

An expanded assessment, with additional metabolic, physical-function and other profiling described on the clinic’s website. GoCLN confirms which assessments are currently offered and appropriate.

MIRAI III

A more extensive assessment level, with additional investigations that may involve partner facilities. The full programme, appointment schedule and medical suitability are determined by GoCLN.

Women’s MIRAI

The brochure describes a female-specific focus within MIRAI I, II or III, bringing hormonal, metabolic, cardiovascular and bone-health considerations into the chosen programme. GoCLN discusses personal circumstances and determines appropriate assessments directly with the patient.

Your results & next steps

The brochure describes a MIRAI report reviewed with the physician and longevity team, followed by a personal roadmap and discussion of any appropriate clinical follow-up. Biological-age estimates are estimates, not standalone diagnoses. GoCLN confirms report timing, consultations and any further care.
